    Usage

    Preparation: sprinkle the rib/beef steak with pepper. Frying pan: heat liquid margarine and fry the rib/beef steak until brown on both sides. Add lukewarm water or stock (and possibly chopped onion, tomato, bay leaf and a dash of vinegar) until the rib/beef steak is completely covered. Stew the rib/beef steak, with a flame divider underneath and a lid on the pan, at a low temperature for 4 to 4.5 hours.
