Preparation advice:
1. Wash your hands and clean the bottle and teat thoroughly.
2. Add the prescribed amount of water to the bottle.
3. Make the water lukewarm in the microwave (750 W, 20 sec, per 100 ml of water).
4. Scoop the powder into the measuring spoon and level it off.
5. Sprinkle the prescribed number of measuring spoons of powder into the bottle.
6. Screw the cap on the bottle and shake until the powder is dissolved.
7. Always check the temperature on the inside of your wrist.

Dietary plan advice:
Age baby 6 - 8 months; 3 feeds per 24 hours; 210 ml water; 7 level scoops; = approx. 235 ml food.
Baby age 6 - 8 months; 4 feeds per 24 hours; 180 ml water; 6 level scoops; = approx. 200 ml food.
Baby age 8 - 10 months; 3 feeds per 24 hours; 180 ml water; 6 level scoops; = approx. 200 ml food.
Age of baby: 10 - 12 months; 3 feeds per 24 hours; 180 ml water; 6 level scoops; = approx. 200 ml food.
Age of baby 10 - 12 months; 2 feeds per 24 hours; 210 ml water; 7 level scoops; = approx. 235 ml food.
The above schedule is a guideline. Every child is unique and therefore the nutritional needs and feeding rhythm can differ per child. The bottle does not always have to be completely empty, your baby will indicate when he has had enough. If you have any questions about your child's feeding schedule, you can ask the child health clinic or your doctor for advice. Dosage: 30 ml water + 1 level measuring spoon (±4.7g) is approximately 33 ml of food. Always use the enclosed measuring spoon.

Store the food in a cool and dry place. An opened package can be kept for a maximum of 4 weeks. Remove: Disposal advice: sachet with residual waste, scoop with plastic waste and box with old paper.
