¡hola! Barcelona is a cava from the north of Spain. Normally it contains about 12% alcohol, but for this 0.0% version the alcohol has been removed. This is done by distilling the original cava in a column-shaped device. The alcohol evaporates quickly at a low temperature, leaving many aromas and flavors behind and this alcohol-free bubble really tastes like regular cava. It comes across as fruity and spicy, but is a bit sweeter. For some, that is actually a plus.
