    Usage

    Preparation: This is what you need: 180 g cold butter or margarine (60 g + 60 g + 60 g) Mixer with dough hooks (optional) Mixing bowl Temperature Electric oven: 190 ° Fan oven: 170 ° C How long does it take? 20 minutes preparation time 30 minutes waiting time Oven: 10-14 minutes Time for baking!1. Knead the red cookie mix with 60 g cold butter in a mixing bowl with a mixer with dough hooks or with your hands into a smooth dough ball. 2. Do the same with the other colors of cookie mixes.3. Place the dough balls in the refrigerator for half an hour.4. Preheat the oven.5. Use your imagination (or check the variation tips!) and make beautiful shapes from the dough. Make sure that the cookies are approximately 4 mm thick (this is two euro coins on top of each other).6. Place the cookies with sufficient space between them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. 7. Place the baking tray with cookies in the middle of the oven. After about 10-14 minutes they are ready. Please note: the cookies only become hard while cooling.
