Algemene bereidingswijze
1 Strooi de inhoud van het zakje in een pan met 1,5 liter koud water en breng dit, al roerend met een garde, aan de kook.
2 Voeg, zodra de soep kookt, de soepgroenten en de in plakjes gesneden paddenstoelen toe.
3 Doe het deksel op de pan (niet helemaal afsluiten) en laat de soep, onder af en toe roeren, nog 10 minuten zachtjes doorkoken.
