600 g pre-cooked potato slices
300 g minced beef
1 small red pepper
1 medium onion
1 egg
125 ml light cooking cream
250 ml of water
General preparation method
1 Preheat the oven to 200°C (convection oven at 180°C) and grease an oven dish. Cut the leek into thin rings, cut the pepper into strips and chop the onion.
2 Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat and then add the onion and pepper. Finally, add the sliced leek and fry briefly.
3 Build the oven dish. Divide half of the pre-cooked potato slices over the base. Cover this with the mixture of minced meat, onion, pepper and leek.
4 Mix 250 ml cold water, 125 ml cooking cream and the Honig Leek Casserole Mix in a bowl. Finally, add the egg, mix well again and immediately pour ¾ of the prepared casserole mix over the casserole.
5 Wait 2 minutes. Divide the remaining potato slices and pour the rest of the casserole mix evenly over them. Bake the oven dish in the middle of the oven for about 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
