600 g pre-cooked potato slices
300 g lean minced beef
50 g grated cheese
2 medium red onions
1 egg
200g Heinz Tomato Frito
280 ml of water
General preparation method
1 Preheat the oven to 200°C (convection oven at 180°C) and grease an oven dish. Boil the green beans for about 5 minutes until al dente. In the meantime, chop the onions.
2 Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat and then add the onions. Finally, add the pre-cooked green beans and fry briefly.
3 Build the oven dish. Divide half of the pre-cooked potato slices over the base. Cover this with the mixture of minced meat, onion and green beans.
4 Mix 280 ml cold water, 200 g tomato frito and the Hoing Green Bean Casserole Mix in a bowl. Finally, add the egg, mix well again and immediately pour ¾ of the prepared casserole mix over the casserole.
5 Wait 2 minutes. Divide the remaining potato slices and pour the rest of the casserole mix evenly over them. Sprinkle everything with cheese. Bake the oven dish in the middle of the oven for about 45 minutes until golden brown
