2 tbsp. fresh chives
1500 ml of water
Variation tip
In step 2, add 125 g diced ham, 300 g small broccoli florets and 150 g corn (drained)!
General preparation method
1 Sprinkle the contents of the bag in a pan with 1.5 liters of cold water and bring it to the boil, stirring with a whisk.
2 Once the soup is boiling, add the sliced mushrooms.
3 Place the lid on the pan (do not close it completely) and let the soup simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish the soup with the finely chopped chives.
