300 g Honig Mie Nestjes
300 g bamivlees
450 g nasi/bami groenten met 1 rode peper
2 grote, rode paprika's
150 ml water
Dagje zonder vlees?
Vervang het bamivlees door een gebakken eitje per persoon!
Algemene bereidingswijze
1 Kook de mie nestjes zoals op de verpakking ervan is aangegeven.
2 Verhit 2 eetl. olijfolie in een pan. Bak het bamivlees bruin en gaar. Voeg de nasi/bami groenten, de fijngesneden rode peper (zonder pitjes) en de in reepjes gesneden paprika's toe. Bak deze kort mee.
3 Voeg 150 ml water en Honig basis voor Bami Goreng toe. Verhit het geheel al omscheppend ca. 1 minuut.
4 Voeg de mie nestjes toe. Roerbak het gerecht ca. 1 minuut op hoog vuur.
