General preparation method
1 Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat until loose and brown. At the end, briefly fry the chopped onion and the chopped peppers.
2 Add 200 ml of water and Honig base for Capuchins. Bring everything to the boil. Let the lid on the pan simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
3 Add the drained capuchins. Heat the mixture over a low heat while stirring. Garnish with some parsley if desired.
