300 g Honig Paste
1 medium onion
400 g (chestnut) mushrooms
200 g spinach (frozen)
400 ml semi-skimmed milk
100 g gammon
General preparation method
1 Cook the pasta as indicated on the packaging, meanwhile defrost the spinach.
2 Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in a pan. Fry the chopped onion and sliced mushrooms for about 2 to 3 minutes.
3 Add the (defrosted) spinach, milk and Honig base for Tagliatelle Cream Sauce. Bring everything to the boil while stirring. Let the sauce simmer gently for about 2 minutes.
4 Finally, add the ham cut into strips and heat briefly. Serve the sauce over the pasta.
