    Usage

    Preparation: Preparation method: Do not thaw before use. For best results we recommend preparation IN THE OVEN. Oven, 17 min: Preheat the oven to 220°C (fan 200°C). Place the frozen veggie sticks on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the center of the oven for 17 minutes. Turn halfway. Frying pan, 7 min: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Place the frozen veggie sticks in the pan and fry for 7 minutes on low heat. Turn regularly.
