Preparation method: Do not thaw before use. In the microwave (800W): 1. Place the frozen spinach in a covered microwave dish. Heat the spinach for 9 minutes, or 3 minutes per 150g portion. 2. Stir well halfway through the cooking time and before use. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving. Cooking times may vary per appliance. For maximum vitamin retention, we recommend microwave preparation.
