- 350 g rice
- 100 g bacon strips (or ham)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 250 g chicken cut into cubes
- 450 g small chopped mixed vegetables (e.g. onion, carrot, pepper)
- 100 ml of water
- 2 eggs
- 125 g bean sprouts
Preparation method:
- Cook the rice as indicated on the packaging.
- Fry the bacon in the oil over high heat and add the chicken; fry it.
- Stir-fry the fresh vegetables until al dente.
- Add the contents of the bag of mix for Nasi Goreng and 100 ml of water and stir well for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the eggs and stir everything well until the eggs have solidified.
- Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry briefly.
- Mix the mixture with the cooked rice and fry it thoroughly, stirring constantly.
Tip: Add Inproba Ketjap Manis, Sambal Oelek and Fried Onions to taste.
