    Preparation method:
    Do not thaw the vegetables before use.

    Frying pan/wok: heat 2 tablespoons of oil over high heat.
    Once the oil is heated, add the frozen vegetables.
    Then stir-fry for 5 to 6 minutes until all the released moisture has evaporated and the vegetables are al dente.

    Usage

    In freezer * (-6°C): several days. in freezer ** (-12°C): 2 weeks after purchase. in freezer *** (-18°C): best before the date stated on the packaging. Do not refreeze after thawing.
