Usage
WARNING: Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain. Make sure the gyoza is cooked until piping hot. Do not reheat after cooking.

Preparation: *Cooking instructions [frozen product] for 5 gyoza: Steaming [recommended]: 1. Place a colander/sieve over a pan of boiling water. 2. Place the gyoza in the colander/sieve, cover with a lid and steam for 8 minutes.
Preparation: Preparing authentic Japanese style in the pan: 1. Preheat the pan with 1 teaspoon of oil over low/medium heat. 2. Add the gyoza and cook for 5 minutes. 3. Carefully add 4 tablespoons of cold water, cover with a lid and cook for another 5 minutes until all the water has evaporated.
Preparation: Simmer gently: 1. Add the gyoza to a pan of gently boiling water [do not boil]. 2. Simmer for 6 minutes and then drain.
Preparation: Microwave: 1. Place the gyoza in a microwave-safe container and add 3 tablespoons of cold water. 2. Cover with microwave foil, pierce holes and prepare for 2½ minutes at full power 750W / 900W. 3. Let stand for 1 minute and then drain. This is just a guideline, cooking equipment may vary.
