Preparation: Cooking instructions [frozen product] microwave: 1. Place 1 bao bun in the provided microwave pouch and fold it over twice to ensure it is completely sealed. 2. Place on a microwave-safe plate and heat on high power (900W) for 40 seconds. 3. Leave the bao bun in the sealed bag for 20 seconds. Steam [steamer]: 1. Line the steamer with baking paper & preheat. 2. Place the bao buns on the steamer and cover or with the lid. 3. Steam for 10-12 minutes. Steam [colander]: 1. Line the colander with baking paper. 2. Place the colander over a pan of gently simmering water. 3. Place the bao buns in the colander & cover with a lid. Steam for 12 -14 minutes. Serve and enjoy. Always be careful of hot steam when removing the bao buns. These are just guidelines, all cooking appliances vary. Make sure the bao buns are heated completely, until they are piping hot. Do not reheat after heating.
