1. Remove the dough from the refrigerator 5 minutes before preparation.
2. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes to 220°C.
2. Then roll out the puff pastry on the enclosed baking paper. Place it on the baking tray or in a tin.
4. Poke a few holes in the bottom of the dough.
5. Toppings of your choice.
6. Sprinkle the dough with some egg yolk for a nice brown color.
7. Now bake your dish at 200°C. Small in 15-20 minutes, large in 30-35 minutes.
Baking time may vary depending on the oven and filling used.
Usage
Use immediately after opening & prepare according to the baking instructions before eating (not in the microwave), so delicious!
Store refrigerated at max. 7°C.
Freezing possible, but may affect the quality of the dough.
