    Serving: Bagel with tuna and tomato chutney: 4 people. What you need: 4 (sesame) bagels, 1 white sweet onion, cut into rings, a small handful of arugula, 2 cans of John West Tuna pieces with a touch of water (2x60g). For the tomato chutney: 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 shallot, minced, 2 cloves garlic, from the press, 1/2 red chili pepper, seeds removed and finely chopped, 2 tomatoes, seeds removed and cut into small cubes, 1 tablespoon sugar, salt and pepper . For the tomato chutney, heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Fry the shallot, garlic and chili pepper. Add the tomatoes and stir in the sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Bring the chutney to the boil and reduce gently over low heat until a thick sauce forms. Remove from heat and let cool. Slice the bagels and top with arugula, pieces of tuna, sweet onion and tomato chutney.
