    Usage

    Bone-free: despite careful filleting, a bone may unintentionally remain in the fish.
    Preparation: Frying pan (non-stick): heat liquid margarine and/or (olive) oil and fry the cod burgers at medium temperature for 8-10 minutes until light brown and done. Turn halfway. Oven (180°C): place the cod burgers (optionally on baking paper) on a rack in the middle of a preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until light brown and done.
