    METHOD OF PREPARATION
    Use immediately after thawing, do not refreeze. Consume only when the product is fully cooked. Heat to a core temperature of 70°C for at least 2 minutes.

    FRYING PAN: Heat liquid margarine or (olive) oil and fry the thawed cod for 6-8 minutes. Turn halfway.

    OVEN (180°C): Place the thawed cod in a covered oven dish and let it cook in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.

    Usage

    Despite careful filleting, this product may contain small bones.
    STORAGE ADVICE
    Store at (-18°C) or lower. Do not refreeze after thawing.
