Shake well and apply generously before sunbathing and reapply regularly, especially after swimming, drying and perspiring. Avoid the intense midday sun. Prolonged exposure to sunlight is harmful to health. Keep children and babies out of direct sunlight, protect them with clothing and a high sun protection factor.
