Shopping list: 250 g mushrooms, 1 leek, 1 red pepper, 1 onion, 125 g lean ham cubes, 250 g pasta (macaroni), 125 ml vegetable cooking cream light and 50 g grated cheese.
Preparation: preheat the convection oven to 180 °C and grease an oven dish (capacity approx. 2.3 liters). Cut the mushrooms into slices, the leek into half rings, the pepper into cubes and the onion into half rings.
Preparation method: 1. Mix 700 ml cold water with the cooking cream in a bowl and add the contents of this bag. Stir well and let stand for about 3 minutes. 2. Divide the uncooked pasta over the bottom of the baking dish, with the ham, leek, mushrooms, onion and pepper on top. 3. Stir the sauce briefly, then pour it over the pasta and make sure the pasta is completely covered. Sprinkle the grated cheese over it. Place the dish in the middle of the oven and let the dish cook for 45 minutes. Let the dish cool for another 5 minutes before serving. Serve the oven pasta with a fresh salad.
