Shopping list: a Nasi vegetable pack (650 g), 250 g bean sprouts, 4 spring onions, 450 g pork or chicken breast, and 450 g rice.
Preparation: cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Slice the spring onions into thin rings. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and rinse the bean sprouts.
Method: 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large wok or frying pan and fry the meat until golden brown. Then remove the meat from the pan. Heat another 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan and stir-fry the vegetable pack for a few minutes. Quickly fry the bean sprouts and spring onions as well. 2. Add 100 ml of water, the contents of this sachet, and the meat, and stir everything well together. Heat briefly again. 3. Mix the meat and vegetable mixture with the cooked rice in a large bowl or pan.
Want a day with less meat? Replace the chicken breast or pork with Vegetarian Butcher’s Chicken Pieces (160 g) and add 250 g of sliced chestnut mushrooms at the end of step 1.
