Shopping list for Chicken Piri Piri:
225 g chicken breast (strips), 200 g green beans, 3 tomatoes, 1 red bell pepper, 1 onion, 1 cucumber, 2 tbsp vinegar and oil

Preparation:
1. Cut the chicken breast into strips. Mix the spice mix with 2 tbsp oil and marinate the chicken strips in this for about 10 minutes. Halve the green beans and boil them for about 5 minutes. Cut the bell pepper into strips and the onion into half rings.
2. Meanwhile, cook the rice mix in plenty of boiling water for about 14 minutes until done and drain.
3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken strips until golden brown and cooked through. Add the onion, bell pepper, and green beans and fry these for about 4 more minutes.
4. For the salad: cut the cucumber and tomatoes into pieces. Mix the dressing mix with 3 tbsp water, 2 tbsp vinegar, and 3 tbsp oil and stir this through the cucumber and tomato pieces. Serve the Chicken Piri Piri with the rice and salad separately.

Tip: Replace the chicken breast with a pack of Chicken Pieces from The Vegetarian Butcher. Cut them smaller if desired. Follow the preparation method below. In step 3, fry the Chicken Pieces briefly until golden brown; they are already cooked. Replace the chicken breast with 1 courgette cut into half slices and marinate it with the onion and bell pepper.
