Preparation method:
Cook the rice mix in plenty of boiling water for 14 minutes until done and drain. Meanwhile, cut the chicken breast into strips. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok and fry the chicken strips until golden brown and cooked through. Add the stir-fry vegetables and cook for about 2 minutes. Add 350 ml of water and the sauce mix and stir well. Bring everything to a boil and let it simmer gently for about 2 minutes. Finally, add the cashew nuts and warm them through for about 1 minute. Serve the Thai Chicken Siam and the rice separately.
