Preparation:
Coarsely chop the onion and cut the courgette into cubes. Cut the bell pepper and chicken breast into strips. Halve the green beans and boil them for about 5 minutes. Cook the pasta in plenty of water for about 10 minutes until tender and drain. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken strips until golden brown and cooked through. Stir and bring to a boil, then let it simmer gently for 3 minutes. For the salad: Mix the dressing mix with 3 tablespoons of cold water and 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Toss the dressing through the lettuce. Serve the sauce over the pasta and serve the salad separately.
