With the Knorr World Dishes Italian Lasagne Bolognese Meal Kit, you can easily and quickly prepare a delicious meal with plenty of vegetables. Quick and simple to make, with an alternative preparation method without meat or even fully vegan on each pack. The contents of this world dish are vegan and include lasagne sheets and a sauce mix. Follow the recipe with plenty of vegetables to serve a meal with at least 200 grams of vegetables that everyone will enjoy!

- 375 g lean minced beef
- 600 g Italian vegetable mix
- 1 courgette
- 3 tomatoes
- 500 ml skimmed milk
- 75 g grated 30+ cheese
- Oil

How to make it:
1. Preheat the (fan) oven to 190˚C. Cut the courgette into cubes. Slice the 3 tomatoes and set them aside.
2. In a pan, bring 500 ml milk, 500 ml water, and the sauce mix to a boil while stirring with a whisk. Let it simmer gently for about 3 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan and crumble-fry the minced beef. Add the Italian vegetable mix and the courgette and fry for about 3 minutes.
4. Add the sauce to the mixture and stir well.
5. Cover the bottom of a large greased oven dish with a layer of sauce and place a layer of lasagne sheets on top. Repeat until the lasagne sheets are used up, ending with a layer of sauce.
6. Place the tomato slices on top and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Let the lasagne bake for about 35-40 minutes until golden brown in the middle of the oven.

Tip from The Vegetarian Butcher: replace the minced beef with 2 packs of Rul Gehackt. In step 3, fry only the vegetables. In step 4, add the Rul Gehackt after the sauce. Variation tip: replace the cheese on the dish with 125 g mozzarella slices. Vegan tip: also replace the milk and cheese with plant-based alternatives.
