    Grocery list
    • 225 g lean ground beef
    • 400 g Italian vegetable mix
    • 3 tomatoes
    • 400 ml skimmed milk
    • 75 g grated 30+ cheese
    • Oil

    This is how you make it 25 min/ Oven 40 min
    1. Preheat the (convection) oven to 190°C. Cut the tomatoes into slices and keep them aside.
    2.Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat. Fry the Italian vegetable mix for about 3 minutes.
    3.Add the sauce mix, 400 ml milk and 250 ml water. Bring everything to the boil while stirring and let it simmer for about 3 minutes.
    4.Cover the bottom of a greased baking dish with a layer of sauce and place a layer of lasagna sheets on top. Repeat this until the lasagna sheets are used up and end with a layer of sauce.
    5.Place the tomato slices on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
    6. Bake the lasagna for about 35-40 minutes until golden brown in the center of the oven.

    Delicious without meat

    Tip from The Vegetarian Butcher:
    Replace the minced meat with 1 pack of Rul Gehackt. In step 2, fry only the vegetables. In step 3, add the Rul Gehackt after the water.

    Replace the cheese with 75 g mozzarella (balls) in slices.
    Vegan tip:
    Also replace the milk and cheese with vegetable variants.

        - 1 zucchini
        - 3 tomatoes
        - 500 ml skimmed milk
        - 75 g grated 30+ cheese

        This is how you make it:
        1. Preheat the (convection) oven to 190˚C. Cut the zucchini into cubes. Cut the 3 tomatoes into slices and keep them aside.
        2. Bring 500 ml milk, 500 ml water and the sauce mix to the boil in a pan, stirring with a whisk. Let it simmer gently for about 3 minutes.
        3. Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in a large frying pan and fry the minced meat. Add the Italian vegetable mix and the zucchini and fry for about 3 minutes.
        4. Add the sauce to the mixture and stir well.
        5. Cover the bottom of a large greased baking dish with a layer of sauce and place a layer of lasagna sheets on top. Repeat this until the lasagna sheets are used up and end with a layer of sauce.
        6. Place the tomato slices on top and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Let the lasagna become golden brown in the middle of the oven for about 35-40 minutes.
