Preparation:
Preheat the (fan) oven to 190°C. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and crumble the minced meat until browned. Add the vegetable mix and fry for about 3 minutes. Then add the sauce mix, 400 ml of milk, and 300 ml of water. Stir the mixture to a boil and let it simmer gently for about 2 minutes. Add the mini lasagne sheets, stir well, and pour the mixture into a greased oven dish. Bake the Lasagnette for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Meanwhile, slice the cucumber. Mix the dressing mix with 3 tablespoons of oil and 3 tablespoons of water and stir this through the cucumber slices. Serve the Italian Lasagnette Napoletana and the salad separately.
