* Mild peanut sauce for blanched vegetables
* Add yourself: beans, pointed cabbage, carrots, tofu, tempeh, bean sprouts
* Add yourself: cauliflower florets, hard-boiled eggs

Fry the tofu and tempeh in a pan, this will take the longest. Prepare the sauce according to the packaging. Blanch the vegetables in plenty of water and boil the eggs. Make a bowl with the vegetables, tofu, tempeh and eggs and pour over the sauce. Serve with a drink of prawn crackers or emping.
Also delicious as a dipping sauce.
