    REQUIREMENTS for the oven: • 1 pack of Koopmans White Bread • 300 ml lukewarm water
    OVEN TEMPERATURE COOKING TIME
    ELECTRIC OVEN 220°C
    FORCED AIR OVEN: 200°C
    GAS OVEN position 5-6
    PREPARATION: 10 MINUTES PROVING TIME 10+60 MINUTES COOKING TIME: ± 25 MINUTES
    METHOD OF PREPARATION FOR THE OVEN
    1. Place the mix in a mixing bowl (reserve one level spoonful of mix for decoration if necessary) and add 300 ml of water. 2. Knead the mixture for about 4 minutes with a mixer with dough hooks until you get a smooth dough. 3. Let the dough rise in the bowl, covered with cling film (or a tea towel), for 10 minutes at room temperature. 4. Lightly dust the counter with flour, flatten the dough, or use a rolling pin and stretch it into an oval piece of dough. 5. Fold the points of the dough inwards so that they touch each other to form a rectangle. Flatten it again (or use the rolling pin). 6. Roll the dough piece tightly into a rolling pin. 7. If you want to decorate the bread with the reserved mix, first brush it with water. 8. Place the rolling pin with the seam down in a greased cake tin (30 cm) or on a (greased) baking tray (with baking paper). 9. Place a tea towel over the rolling pin and let the dough rise in a warm (draught-free) place for 50-60 minutes. 10. Preheat the oven 15 minutes before baking. 11. Bake the bread in the bottom of the oven for about 25 minutes until done and brown.
    METHOD OF PREPARATION FOR THE
    BREAD BAKING MACHINE 1. Place the 325 ml of water in the baking tin. 2. Then add the bread mix. 3. Set the bread maker to the desired program (e.g. normal) and start the program. 4 Let the baked bread cool on a rack. Because bread makers are available with different capacities, it is best to consult the instructions for use of the bread maker.
    STORAGE TIP: place the bread in a closed container or plastic bag for a maximum of 2 days. The bread can be stored frozen for up to 3 weeks.
