Preparation: Ingredients For savory tomato-zucchini pie with chicken • 5 slices Koopmans Savory pie dough • 270 g chicken • 2 tomatoes • 1 zucchini • 1 pepper • 1 onion • 100 g grated cheese • Italian herbs • 100 ml milk • 3 eggs (M) • Pepper, herbs and possibly saltOven temperatureElectric oven: 180°CFan oven: 160°CGas oven: setting 3-4Kitchen utensilsSpring pan or oven dish of 22-25 cmPreparation timePreparation: approximately 20 minutes, Baking time: 35-45 minutesPreparation method1. Place a rack slightly below the center of the oven and preheat the oven.2. Separate the frozen dough slices, remove the foil and allow the slices to thaw for 5 to 10 minutes. Immediately place the unused dough slices in a sealed plastic bag back into the freezer.3. Line the greased springform pan or oven dish with 5 dough slices.4. Cut the chicken, pepper, onion, 1 tomato and half a zucchini into cubes.5. Cut the remaining tomato and the rest of the zucchini into slices.6. Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken until done. Then add the chopped onion and zucchini. Then fry the pepper and tomato. Add salt, pepper and Italian herbs to taste.7. Drain the liquid and divide the filling over the dough base.8. Sprinkle approximately 100 g of grated cheese over it and fry the zucchini slices briefly on each side.9. Place 100 ml milk and 3 eggs in a mixing bowl and add salt, pepper and herbs to taste.10. Beat the mixture for 1 minute with the mixer with garden on medium speed and pour it over the cake filling.11. Divide the rest of the cheese and the tomato and zucchini slices over the cake.12. Bake the savory pie for 35-45 minutes until done and golden brown.
