Koopmans Fine cake baking mix

Per 400 g

    Requirements: 1 pack of Koopmans fine cake, 150 g butter or margarine, 4 eggs (M), 50 ml (4 tablespoons) milk (all at room temperature). Kitchen utensils: cake tin 30 cm and mixer with Garden. Preparation: about 10 minutes. Baking time 60-70 minutes. Electric oven: 160°C. Convection oven: 150°C. Gas oven: setting 2-3. Preparing: 1) Place the rack slightly below the center of the oven and preheat the oven. 2) Grease the cake tin with butter and dust the inside with flour or use baking spray (eg Dr. Oetker). Prepare the batter: 3) Beat the mixer with the 150 g butter until soft and creamy in a mixing bowl. 4) Add the cake mix, 50 ml milk and the eggs all at once. 5) Stir the whole with the mixer on the lowest setting in 1 minute until smooth. 6) Then beat the batter with the mixer on the highest setting in about 2 minutes until a light batter. Baking: 7) Put the batter in the cake tin and bake the cake in 60-70 minutes until done and golden brown. 8) Place the cake in the cake tin on a wire rack and let the cake cool for 3-4 minutes. 9) Remove the cake from the mold and let the cake cool on a wire rack for an hour.

    Usage

    Keep cool and dry. Storage tip: Store the cake in a well-sealed tin or plastic bag for up to 3 days. The cake can be stored frozen for a maximum of 3 weeks (if well wrapped in plastic).
