    Usage

    Serving: Preparation tip: Would you rather bake the savory pie with butter or margarine? Then do not add olive oil, but 55 g butter or margarine.
    Preparation: Add yourself: 45 g (6 tbsp) olive oil, 80 ml water, 75 g grated cheese, 150 ml milk, 3 eggs, filling of your choice. for approximately 4 servings. Preparation ± 30 min, Baking time ± 35 min. Requirements: 1 pack of Koopmans Savory pie, De Bodem 45 g (6 tbsp) olive oil, 80 ml water, The Sauce, 75 g grated cheese, 150 ml milk, 3 eggs (M), The Filling of your choice, e.g. 250 g mushrooms, 450 g broccoli and 1 onion (75 g). Kitchen utensils: Springform pan or oven dish Ø 22-25 cm, Mixer with dough hooks and whisks, Mixing bowl. Electric oven: 200°C, Fan oven: 180°C, Gas oven: setting 4-5 most suitable oven setting. Preparation time: preparation ± 30 minutes Baking time 30-40 minutes. Preparation 1. Place the rack at the bottom of the oven and preheat the oven. The Soil 2. Place the soil mix, 80 ml water and 45 g (6 tbsp) olive oil in a mixing bowl (weighing is more accurate). 3. Knead the mixture with a mixer with dough hooks into a smooth dough. 4. Leave the dough in the bowl, covered with plastic, for 10 minutes at room temperature. 5. Cover a greased springform pan or baking dish with a thin layer of dough. The Filling 6. Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and first fry the pre-cut onion. Then fry the pre-cut mushrooms. Finally add the broccoli florets (in small pieces). 7. Drain the liquid and divide the filling over the dough base. The Sauce 8. Place 150 ml milk, 3 eggs and the sauce mix in a high mixing bowl. 9. Beat the mixture for 2 minutes with the mixer fitted with whisk attachments at the highest speed and pour over the pie filling. Sprinkle the 75 g grated cheese over the savory pie. Oven 10. Bake the savory pie for 30-40 minutes until done and golden brown.
