This apple pie is inspired by the classic French 'tarte tatin' with a crispy base and fresh-sweet caramelized apples. This cake looks impressive and is also easy to make. Preparation: Prepared with butter. Add yourself: 3-4 apples, 95 grams of butter, 2 tbsp pouring syrup, 4 tbsp water, 1 piece of baking paper. * 1 pack of Koopmans Upside Down Apple Pie. * 95 g butter or margarine. * 700 g apples (3 to 4 apples, e.g. Elstar or Jonagold) * tablespoons of pouring syrup. * 4 tablespoons of water. * 1 baking paper. Preparation time. Preparation: approximately 25 minutes. Baking time: approximately 40-45 minutes. Kitchen utensils * springform pan 24cm. * Mixer with garden. * Saucepan. Preparation method: 1. Place the rack slightly below the center of the oven and preheat the oven. 2. Click the ring of the springform pan onto the bottom. Then place the baking paper in it. Tip; Lightly grease the baking tin so that the baking paper sticks well. 3. Melt the 20 grams of butter in a saucepan and remove the pan from the heat. 4. Stir the melted butter briefly with a spoon, add 2 heaped tablespoons of syrup and 1 tablespoon of water. Then stir in the contents of the bag of caramel sauce mix. 5. Spread the caramel sauce over the springform pan base. The bottom does not have to be completely covered. 6. Peel the apples and cut them into 8 wedges. Divide them over the bottom of the springform pan on top of the caramel sauce in a spiral shape. Start in the middle. 7. Beat the remaining 75 grams of butter with the mixer in a mixing bowl until soft and creamy. 8. Add the soil mix and 3 tablespoons of water. Mix everything briefly with the mixer with garden on the middle setting until fine crumbs form. 9. Divide this over the apples in the springform pan and then press it well by hand. 10. Place the springform pan on the rack in the preheated oven. 11. Bake the upside-down apple pie for about 40-45 minutes until golden brown. 12. Let the upside-down apple pie cool for at least 30 minutes. Remove the edge of the springform pan and place a plate on the apple pie. Turn the cake over in one go and carefully remove the baking paper.
