Usage
Serving: Tip Do you like cinnamon? Sprinkle an extra spoonful of cinnamon over the apple pieces. Also tasty: sprinkle the cake batter with coarsely chopped nuts.
Preparation: Requirements: 1 pack of Koopmans Flat Cake Apple Crumble, 2 eggs, 130 grams of butter/margarine at room temperature (50 g + 80 g), 75 ml of milk, 75 ml of water, 4 large apples (400 grams), 50 grams of raisins. Oven temperature: Electric oven: 160°C, Fan oven: 140°, Gas oven: position 3 most suitable oven position. Add 1/3 of the apple pieces to the batter and fold through. 11 Carefully spread the batter evenly over the crumb base and smooth it out with a spoon. Topping 12. Divide the rest of the apple pieces together with the raisins over the cake batter. 13. Sprinkle the rest of the crumbs over the apples and raisins. If necessary, knead the fine crumbs a little coarser by hand. Baking 14. Bake the cake in the middle of the oven for 60 minutes until done and golden brown. 15. Remove the cake from the oven and let the cake cool thoroughly. 16. When serving, cut the bottom loose from the baking tin.
