Requirements: 1 pack of Koopmans Poffertjes, 800 ml of milk, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons of oil, butter or oil. Preparation time: about 30 minutes. Kitchen utensils: Mixer or whisk and a poffertjes pan. Prepare the batter: 1) Put the mix in a mixing bowl and add 800 ml of milk. 2) Stir the whole with a whisk or mixer until a smooth batter. 4) Let the poffertjes pan heat up and grease the pan with oil or butter. Baking: 5) Pour the batter into the cavities with a dosing bottle or spoon. 6) Bake the poffertjes brown on the bottom. 7) Before the batter has completely set, turn the poffertjes with a fork or skewer and fry the poffertjes on the other side until brown. 8) Serve the poffertjes with butter and icing sugar.
