Koopmans Poffertjes mix original

Per 400 g

    Requirements: 1 pack of Koopmans Poffertjes, 800 ml of milk, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons of oil, butter or oil. Preparation time: about 30 minutes. Kitchen utensils: Mixer or whisk and a poffertjes pan. Prepare the batter: 1) Put the mix in a mixing bowl and add 800 ml of milk. 2) Stir the whole with a whisk or mixer until a smooth batter. 4) Let the poffertjes pan heat up and grease the pan with oil or butter. Baking: 5) Pour the batter into the cavities with a dosing bottle or spoon. 6) Bake the poffertjes brown on the bottom. 7) Before the batter has completely set, turn the poffertjes with a fork or skewer and fry the poffertjes on the other side until brown. 8) Serve the poffertjes with butter and icing sugar.

    Usage

    Keep cool and dry. After cooling, you can keep the poffertjes covered in the refrigerator for a maximum of 2 days. The poffertjes can be kept frozen for a maximum of 3 weeks.
