Per 500g

    Add yourself: * 1 L milk * 75 g sugar METHOD OF PREPARATION OF SELORMAL PUDDING 1. Bring the milk to the boil. 2. Mix 100 g semolina with 75 g sugar. 3. Sprinkle the mixture into the boiling milk while stirring. 4. Let the mixture simmer gently for about 3 minutes while stirring. 5. Pour the pudding into a pudding mold that has been rinsed with cold water or into dessert dishes. 6. Let the pudding cool (half an hour outside the refrigerator, then 2 hours in the refrigerator). 7. Transfer the pudding to a flat plate. 8. Garnish the pudding with fresh fruit, fruit sauce or almonds (e.g. from Dr. Oetker). METHOD OF PREPARATION OF SEMURL 1. Bring the milk to the boil. 2. Mix 80 g semolina with 45 g sugar. 3. Sprinkle the mixture into the boiling milk while stirring. 4. Cook the pudding gently over a low heat for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. 5. Let the porridge cool for 1 to 2 minutes and serve it warm with, for example, caster sugar, lemonade syrup or fruit sauce.

    Usage

    Prevent a skin from forming by covering the mold with cling film or sprinkling the pudding with sugar.
    Cooked pudding can be stored well covered in the refrigerator for about 2 days. Keep cool and dry.
