    Preparation: Best base for: Apple pie (2 packs) Cake (1 pack) Cookies (1 pack) Cake made from Self-Rising Almond Baking Flour Ingredients • 1 pack of Koopmans Self-Rising Almond Baking Flour • 200 g butter or margarine • 200 g sugar • 5 eggs (all at room temperature) Kitchen utensils • Cake tin 30 cm• Mixer with gardenOven temperatureElectric oven: 160°CFan oven: 160°CGas oven: position 2-3Preparation timePreparation: approximately 10 minutes Baking time: approximately 60-70 minutesPreparation method1. Place the rack slightly below the center of the oven and preheat the oven.2. Grease the cake tin with butter or use a baking spray (e.g. Dr. Oetker).3. In a mixing bowl, beat the soft butter and 200 g sugar until creamy for one minute with the mixer on the highest setting.4. Mix 2 eggs into the mixture with the mixer on high, one by one. Beat each egg for ½ minute.5. Add the 200 g Self-Raising Almond Flour and the remaining 3 eggs in one go.6. Mix everything on the highest setting for about 2 minutes.7. Pour the batter into the cake tin.8. Bake the cake for 60-70 minutes until done and golden brown.9. Check whether the cake is done by inserting a skewer into the center of the cake. If the skewer comes out dry and clean, the cake is done.10. Remove the cake from the tin and let the cake cool on a rack. Tip Dust the inside of the cake tin with 1 tablespoon of Self-Raising Almond Baking Flour, so that you can easily remove the cake.
