Kumasi is a fruity soft drink made from the fresh-sweet juice from the cocoa fruit that is normally wasted. It doesn't taste like chocolate, but like a tropical mix of lychee, pear and white peach. Of course without added sugars. Kumasi Gassi is a real thirst quencher. "No one can make chocolate out of it - So we make soft drinks from cocoa fruit juice." Cocoa farmers earn far too little. With Kumasi they now earn extra income with something that normally goes to waste: delicious tropical cocoa fruit juice. Only the cocoa bean is used to make chocolate. While the flesh around it is fruity and juicy; ideal for making a soft drink.
