Preparation: PREPARATION ADVICE FORCED AIR OVEN1. Preheat oven to 220°C.2. Place the bitterballen on an oven rack & slide the rack into the middle of the oven.3. Place a drip tray at the bottom to keep the oven clean.4. For best results, do not use baking paper or baking dish.5. Bake the Bitterballen in 11 minutes.6. Let the bitterballs rest outside the oven for 2 minutes for optimal crispiness. PREPARATION ADVICE AIRFRYER1. Preheat air fryer to 200°C.2. Divide the frozen bitterballen in the basket.3. Prepare the Oyster Mushroom Bitterballen in 9 minutes.4. Let the bitterballs rest outside the airfryer for 2 minutes for optimal crispiness. For optimal results, we recommend preparing the Oyster Mushroom bitterballs in a convection oven or airfryer. The times mentioned are averages. That is why we recommend trying out the exact preparation time.
