    Preparation: PREPARATION ADVICE FORCED AIR OVEN1. Preheat oven to 220°C.2. Place the bitterballen on an oven rack & slide the rack into the middle of the oven.3. Place a drip tray at the bottom to keep the oven clean.4. For best results, do not use baking paper or baking dish.5. Bake the Bitterballen in 11 minutes.6.
