This chic Vin de Joie full of cheerfulness resembles a dry rose from Provence with its light pink color and its aromas of pink grapefruit. What makes it different, South African, is the juiciness of ripe strawberry and red cherry. It has a fresh, full taste, making it delicious in just a glass and at the table, for example with salmon or pasta with shrimp. It is made from four different grape varieties that are refrigerated overnight immediately after harvest and then pressed with little pressure. Hence its light hue and subtle style. La Motte winery was founded centuries ago by a Frenchman from La Motte-dAigues, a village in Provence.
