Heat in the microwave for 1 minute
2 x 1 person portion
1. Remove the outer packaging and pull open the protective film slightly (approx. 1 cm) (note: do not remove it completely) or pierce a number of holes in it.
2. Place the container in the microwave.
3. Heat the container with rice for 1 minute at maximum power (900 Watt).*
4. Remove the container from the microwave. Please note: container is hot!
5. Remove the foil cover completely before serving.
*Time may vary depending on the power of your microwave.

Minute brown rice with green asparagus and tofu
Shopping list
1 person / 10 minutes.
- 1 pack of Lassie Minute Brown Rice 250g
- 250 g green asparagus
- 100 g tofu
- 1 ½ tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 small red onion, cut into wedges
- 1 small clove of garlic
- juice of ½ lime
- ½ tbsp black or white sesame seeds
