Preparation: 1. Place the desired number of bags (1 bag per person) in a pan with plenty of boiling water and let the pearl couscous cook for 9 minutes. 2. Carefully remove the bag from the water and let it drain. You can hang the bag with the handle on the tap, but you can also place it in a colander, for example.3. Take the handle and cut it open. The pearl couscous does not need to be steamed afterwards, but is immediately ready to serve.
