The Petit Balthazar is a pleasant and fruity white wine made from the Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The wine is light straw yellow in color. It smells of lime, grapefruit and exotic fruit. Wonderfully fresh in taste. What is special about this wine is its low alcohol content of only 11%. A delicious glass for on the terrace or as an aperitif and delicious with goat's cheese, pike-perch, spring rolls, scallops and perfect as an aperitif. Winemaker of Petit Balthasar and the big brother the Balthasar is Pierrick Harang. There is no family castle or extensive vineyards, but there are five generations of wine merchants and oenologists who all have the same passion to produce the best wines.
