    Usage

    Preparation: Sticky Hoisin ribs (for 2 people): marinate 500g ribs for 15 minutes in 3 tablespoons Hoisin sauce and 1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe Soy sauce. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees/gas 6. Brush with another 1 tablespoon of Hoisin sauce and cook for a further 5 minutes or until done.
