    This is perhaps the lightest rose you can imagine. Hi is made by Listel, a company that has vineyards in the Camarque. It is made from black grapes that are pressed very gently so that hardly any color from the skins ends up in the juice. The light color of a vin de gris corresponds to its taste, which is light fruity and fresh. A rose like this tastes extra good in the sun, on the beach, at a picnic.
