Tea simply from a Dutch tea plantation! It is common knowledge that tea comes from far away. But is that tea also sustainably grown, tasty and picked fairly? often far from it. That is why we started localtea, now the first large tea plantation in Western Europe. It was quite a challenge to get the tea plant to flourish in our cold climate, but we succeeded. With the shortest chain, we now take the fastest route to a more sustainable tea world! and we are doing more. We only pick the tops of the plant and therein lies the secret of quality tea. We do not crush the leaves, but roll them carefully to release the refined flavors. We want to show and taste that tea can be so much better.
