    Wine

This is a fruity red wine from the heart of Spain: Valdepenas. It is made from the tempranillo grape, which is called cencibel in the region. The winemaker has kept the temperature low during the preparation, so that the aromas of red fruits such as strawberry, characteristic of tempranillo, have remained in the wine. You can taste that fruit extra well because the wine has not matured in a wooden barrel. If it is, the Spaniards will label it as a roble, crianza, reserva or gran reserva. These are indications for cask maturation, from short to long. This wine is therefore not aged in wood, but fresh and fruity and delicious to drink on the cool side. For example with drinks or with something from the fast kitchen.
