1) Preheat the oven to 180°C (no grill setting). Place the chicken (unseasoned) in the unfolded bag and sprinkle with the spice mix. Gently massage the roasting bag so that the spice mix is evenly distributed. 2) Close the bag with the supplied clip. Make sure there is enough space in the bag. Place the roasting bag in an oven dish on the bottom rack of the oven. Check regularly that the roasting bag does not touch the walls of the oven or a heating element. 3) After 60 minutes, remove the oven dish from the oven. NB! When you open the bag, hot air comes out. Poke a hole in the bag to release the hot air. Cut the bag under the clip and enjoy deliciously tender chicken.
